Router Port Forwarding
I have a Thomson (or Technicolor) router from TWC. It is a router with VoIP (although I don't use it for VoIP -- it was just cheaper that way).
My problem is that I don't want to use my ISP's DNS servers. It is driving me mad. Not only is this some very strange router (model number is DWG875-X), I think TWC flashed their own firmware.
After firing up Burp Suite, I managed to hack the router user and password.. But once in the admin panel, there is a page which shows the two ISP DNS servers, but there is no means to change them.

However, since these routers are individually configured, there must be a 'config.conf' type file. One time a year or two ago I had an odd modem/router, and I managed to telnet into it and then did a
dns server route flush and added Google's DNS servers.
But now I seem to be stuck. I have nmapped it and it seems that only ports 443 and 80 are open.
Port Code 5301
What I wanted to know is how I could possible SSH into 443 or port 80? or, in the alternative, somehow ftp into the router perhaps???
I do know the user and password from the browser, but as said, I am unable to change DNS servers.
Thanks in advance!!!
